Charcuterie board with marinated mozzarella & spicy labneh

Ingredients
Marinated mozzarella
- 200 g mozzarella, cubed or cut into triangles
- 120 ml (1/2 cup) La Belle Excuse Extra Virgin Green Olive Oil
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) La Belle Excuse White Balsamic Vinegar
- Fresh basil, chopped
- Chives, chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
Spicy labneh
- 250 g labneh
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) Aleppo pepper
- Chives, chopped
- La Belle Excuse Extra Virgin Green Olive Oil

Steps
Marinated Mozzarella
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, basil, chives, and lemon zest.
- Place the mozzarella pieces in a dish or bowl.
- Pour the marinade over the mozzarella and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Labneh Balls with Aleppo Pepper
- In a small dish, combine chopped chives and Aleppo pepper.
- Form small balls with the labneh (about 2 to 3 cm in diameter).
- Roll each ball in the chive-Aleppo pepper mixture to coat them well.
- Place the balls in a jar and cover with olive oil.
Serving
- Serve the marinated mozzarella and labneh balls with:
- Brie
- Chorizo
- Olives
- Cold meats
- Fresh bread
- Crackers
