Shipping policy

La Belle Excuse delivers all its products in Canada  via Purolator or Nationex, depending on the region.

Due to current circumstances, we are suspending shipments to the United States.

Once payment confirmation has been received, orders are processed within a maximum of 48 hours, Monday to Friday.

Depending on destination and product availability, delivery times may vary from 1 to 13 business days.

Please note that processing time may be longer than expected during sales or promotions.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

La Belle Excuse shall not be liable for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses. Customers are responsible for checking the delivery information before finalizing the order. Please ensure that the delivery address entered at the time of purchase is complete and error-free.

Should you prefer picking up your order in person at the boutique, simply mention it in the notes. When your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail inviting you to visit the boutique.

Shipping Charges

For Quebec and Ontario, delivery is free on orders of $125.00 or more, before taxes and after the promo code is applied excluding gift card purchases, if any. A $12 delivery charge applies to orders under $125.00

A surcharge may apply for certain remote areas. A member of our team will contact you before sending the order if so needed.

For other Canadian provinces, delivery is free on orders of $150.00 or more, before taxes and after the promo code is applied excluding gift card purchases, if any. A $15 delivery charge applies to orders under $150.00.

For 10L formats, shipping fees always apply, regardless of order amount. These fees are calculated based on the total weight and delivery location. A member of our team may contact you if additional information is required before shipping.

Tracking a Package

Once your order has been shipped, you may track it using with the tracking number sent by email.
