Holiday Spritz

  1. To prepare festive ice cubes, place a blood orange slice, pomegranate seeds, and a rosemary sprig into each compartment of an ice cube tray. Fill with water and freeze. 
  2. Once frozen, place the ice cubes into a glass. 
  3. Add the vinegar and Aperol, then top with Prosecco. 

Apple Whiskey Sour 

  1. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Rub the rim of a glass with maple syrup, then dip it into the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat. 
  2. In a shaker, combine apple juice, whiskey, egg white, lemon juice, vinegar, and maple syrup. Shake well. 
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again. 
  4. Pour into the prepared glass. Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick. 

Cranberry Paloma  

  1. Rub a lemon wedge on the rim of a glass. Dip the rim in sugar to coat. 
  2. Skewer a few fresh cranberries on a cocktail stick or toothpick. 
  3. In a shaker, combine the cranberry juice, grapefruit juice, vodka, vinegar, and a few ice cubes. Shake well. 
  4. Pour into the prepared glass, top with club soda, and garnish with the cranberry skewer and rosemary sprig.
