Holiday cocktails

Ingredients
Holiday Spritz
- 1 blood orange, sliced
- 120 ml (1/2 cup) pomegranate seeds
- A few sprigs of rosemary
- ¼ oz Le Belle Excuse lemon and white balsamic vinegar
- 1 oz Aperol
- Prosecco
Apple Whiskey Sour
- 2 oz fresh apple juice
- 1 ½ oz whiskey
- ½ oz maple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Juice of half a lemon
- ¼ oz Le Belle Excuse lemon and white balsamic vinegar
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) sugar
- 10 ml (2 tsp) cinnamon
Cranberry Paloma
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 ½ oz vodka
- ¼ oz Le Belle Excuse raspberry and white balsamic vinegar
- Club soda
- A few fresh cranberries
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 lemon wedge
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) sugar
Steps
Holiday Spritz
- To prepare festive ice cubes, place a blood orange slice, pomegranate seeds, and a rosemary sprig into each compartment of an ice cube tray. Fill with water and freeze.
- Once frozen, place the ice cubes into a glass.
- Add the vinegar and Aperol, then top with Prosecco.
Apple Whiskey Sour
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Rub the rim of a glass with maple syrup, then dip it into the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
- In a shaker, combine apple juice, whiskey, egg white, lemon juice, vinegar, and maple syrup. Shake well.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
- Pour into the prepared glass. Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
Cranberry Paloma
- Rub a lemon wedge on the rim of a glass. Dip the rim in sugar to coat.
- Skewer a few fresh cranberries on a cocktail stick or toothpick.
- In a shaker, combine the cranberry juice, grapefruit juice, vodka, vinegar, and a few ice cubes. Shake well.
- Pour into the prepared glass, top with club soda, and garnish with the cranberry skewer and rosemary sprig.
