Spanish-Style Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 pound of large shrimps, raw and peeled, with the tail on
- 6-8 garlic cloves, very thinly sliced
- 1-2 dried chili peppers, crumbled, or chili flakes, to taste
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of La Belle Excuse Extra Virgin Green Olive Oil
- 10 ml (2 tsp) of smoked paprika
- Zest of one lemon
- A small bunch of fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Toasted bread, for serving
- La Belle Excuse Mediterranean Fleur de Sel
Steps
- In a bowl, add the shrimps, season with salt and pepper. Let sit for a few minutes.
- In a pan over low heat, add the olive oil, garlic, and dried chili. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimps and smoked paprika. Cook for 5-8 minutes on low heat or until the shrimps are cooked through. Add salt to taste.
- Garnish with lemon zest and parsley. Serve with toasted bread.
