La Belle Excuse delivers all its products in Canada via our personnal delivery service for Montreal and surrounding areas, or Nationex for further regions.

For Quebec and Ontario, all orders are shipped prepaid (except for remote areas). For all other provinces, we pay 50% of the transport cost, which will be added on your invoice.

All products must be ordered by case. 

Minimum orders are net $250.

Sales are not guaranteed.

Your first order must be paid before delivery by direct deposit, wire transfer or credit card. The following orders are Net 30.

Returns :  Damages or errors in the order must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise may not be returned without proper authorization. Any damage due to shipping must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery.

Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices in effect on the date of the shipment shall apply. 

Backorders : We do not process and ship back orders.  All back orders are automatically cancelled, and Company must replace new order to obtain these products when available.
