Tomato and Strawberry Bruschetta

Serves: 20 bites
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes




  1. Preheat oven to 400F and place rack in center.  
  2. Cut 1 cm-thick croutons and place on baking sheet.  
  3. Drizzle croutons with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and bake for 10 minutes.  
  4. Set aside.  
  5. In a separate bowl, combine all bruschetta ingredients, then let stand for a minimum of 30 minutes.  
  6. Serve bruschetta mixture on the croutons.
