In addition to being used for an infusion, chamomile flowers can also be incorporated into lemonade, flavoured hot milk as well as chamomile syrup that can be added to a cocktail or drizzled over ice cream.
SPECIAL TIP: For an infusion, use 1-2 tbsps. per cup to taste. In a pot of boiling water, reduce the heat to low and let the chamomile flowers infuse for about 5 to 7 minutes. Filter and enjoy it naturally or with a dash of honey and lemon.
