This size is equivalent to 20 500 ml bottles, making it an economical and eco-friendly option for everyday use. The spout makes it easy to fill a bottle for cooking while keeping the rest of the oil protected from light and heat.

Our naturally unfiltered Greek extra virgin olive oils are produced in the Trifilia region of the southern Peloponnese. The olives are harvested while still young and pressed on the same day to preserve their freshness and quality.

• Huile d'olive verte (Koroneïki) : profil vif et aromatique, notes d’olive fraîche et de verdure, finale légèrement poivrée.
• Huile d'olive noire (Mavrolia) : plus douce et équilibrée, aux arômes floraux et de fruits mûrs, avec une finale délicatement poivrée.

In both cases, the acidity is less than 0.3%, resulting in a versatile oil that is perfect for cooking and finishing dishes.

The oil is then transported to Quebec, where it is left to settle naturally for two months before being bottled at our warehouse in Saint-Liguori, in the Lanaudière region.
