Mint Lemonade with Lemon and White Balsamic Vinegar
Serves: 2 L (about 8 glasses)

Ingredients
Mint Syrup
- 500 ml (2 cups) water
- 250 ml (1 cup) sugar
- 1 bunch fresh mint
Lemonade
- 500 ml (2 cups) traditional lemonade
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 125 ml (½ cup) La Belle Excuse Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
- 125 ml (½ cup) mint syrup
- Cold water, to top up
- Ice
- Lemon slices
- Fresh mint leaves
Steps
- In a small saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- Add the fresh mint, reduce the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve and refrigerate until chilled.
- Fill a large pitcher with ice. Add the lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
- Pour in the lemonade, lemon juice, La Belle Excuse Lemon and White Balsamic Vinegar, and the mint syrup.
- Top up with cold water, stir well, and serve.
