Mint Lemonade with Lemon and White Balsamic Vinegar

Serves: 2 L (about 8 glasses)

Ingredients

Mint Syrup

  • 500 ml (2 cups) water
  • 250 ml (1 cup) sugar
  • 1 bunch fresh mint

Lemonade

Steps

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Add the fresh mint, reduce the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve and refrigerate until chilled.
  4. Fill a large pitcher with ice. Add the lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
  5. Pour in the lemonade, lemon juice, La Belle Excuse Lemon and White Balsamic Vinegar, and the mint syrup.
  6. Top up with cold water, stir well, and serve.
