Sea buckthorn berry, rosemary and lemon vinegar shrub

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups of sea buckthorn berries
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 ½ to 2 cups of honey
  • 2 cups of lemon vinegar 

Steps

  1. Place sea buckthorn berries, rosemary and honey in a mason jar.
  2. Heat lemon vinegar to a boil and pour over honey, sea buckthorn berries and rosemary mixture. Stir gently.
  3. Let cool at room temperature uncovered, then refrigerate for 3 days.
