Clairement le meilleur confit d'oignons que j'ai pu goûter. Sucré juste comme il faut, zéro amertume, ça se mange à la petite cuillère (ne faites pas ça, mangez-le plutôt avec du fromage ou des saucissons. Je valide à 100 % c'est tout simplement délicieux.
