5 Recipes for Your Holiday Menu

The holiday season is just around the corner (already!), and with it comes the joy of spending time with loved ones around the table. This creates wonderful memories… but sometimes it can become stressful when it comes to creating a tasty menu that will please all your guests.

Here are our favourite recipes, from cocktails to desserts, to help you host successful gatherings, impress your guests, and most importantly, enjoy a delicious meal!

Holiday Cocktails

We’ve reinvented three classic cocktails by adding seasonal ingredients: the Spritz is garnished with pomegranate arils, the Whisky Sour flirts with apple, and the Paloma combines grapefruit and cranberry. The best part? Each cocktail also contains our lemon or raspberry vinegar. It’s sure to be a conversation starter!

Sausages Bites in Puff Pastry with Honey Mustard Sauce

There’s nothing more Québécois than having sausages en croûte as an appetizer during the holidays! We’re putting a twist on these classic bites by serving them with a honey mustard sauce—our mustard with olive oil, roasted garlic, and white balsamic, of course!

Whipped Ricotta Three Ways

No one can resist dips! We’re showcasing ricotta in three different ways, playing with different toppings: figs with rosemary and honey, pistachios and pomegranate, and olives. A great way to add a Mediterranean touch to our menu!

Leg of Lamb with Lemon and Mountain Oregano

Not in the mood for turkey this year? No problem; let’s create some new traditions! We suggest a delicious leg of lamb with lemon and mountain oregano: such a fresh flavour combination! We serve it with confit garlic cloves, green vegetables, and lemon mashed potatoes.
