Sausage Bites in Puff Pastry with Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 12 sausages, cut in half
- 1 large sheet of store-bought puff pastry, cut into 24 strips
- 10 ml (2 tsp) of everything bagel seasoning
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) La Belle Excuse Roasted Garlic and White Balsamic Mustard
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) honey
- A bit of chopped chives for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
- In a bowl, mix the mustard and honey together.
- Wrap each sausage piece in a strip of puff pastry.
- Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the pastry-wrapped sausages with the honey mustard mixture, then sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped chives and serve with the remaining honey mustard sauce.
